All voting for the National Council Elections will be managed by a third party company, Survey and Ballot Systems (SBS) – myDirectVote.
The voting system is completely managed by SBS and is not managed in any way by the National Council of Young Israel or any other company.

A list of approved voters will be provided by both slates and sent to SBS, who will then send out invitations with a unique Username and Password to each voter directly. Voters will then be able to click the custom embedded link, which takes them directly into their ballot, or click a link to enter their credentials. Once they have logged in, they will follow the site pages to the ballot where they make their selections. Once they have submitted their ballot, they will receive a confirmation email that their ballot was successfully cast.
